WORDS is an Internet-based e-Ordering
system developed to increase the speed of our transactions and to
enhance the efficiency of our services to you. The online ordering
system allows you to make product orders via our website, allowing
you to do away with the hassles of manual paperwork. Electronic
orders are generated entirely from the web system, and order confirmations
are delivered via e-mail. You can also check on the status of your
e-Orders at anytime of the day, anywhere you are.
Note that the e-Ordering system DOES
NOT involve online payments, hence all payments will still be
conducted as conventionally.
WORDS was carefully developed with the
objective of integrating the speed and convenience of Internet-based
online ordering and the familiarity of conventional transaction
methods. With an injection of security features and enhanced e-Ordering
facilities, we trust you will benefit from the increased practicality
and convenience of online ordering.
WORDS also features an e-Order archive
to help you reduce costs on manual paperwork and storage in keeping
track of your historical transaction records with us.
WORDS is very similar to the current
way in which you make product orders from us. The only difference
is that WORDS offers the accessibility and convenience of making
orders via the Internet with minimal paperwork.
The e-Order form is available when you
login to the system via our website (www.kcprofessional.com/)
When an order is submitted, you will
receive an e-Order receipt via e-mail containing the details of
your e-Order. Once the order has been successfully processed by
KC, you will receive another e-mail confirmation. At any time, you
can login to the system to keep track of your e-order status.
WORDS is hosted on a 128-bit secure
server environment, and each login account is unique to a user.
WORDS also keeps track of each user's IP address every time an online
order is made. All transaction records are strictly confidential
and we strongly assure you of the privacy of your details.
Additionally, we DO NOT collect payments
for your e-Orders via WORDS. All payments for product orders are
handled conventionally. Hence, WORDS does not involve any financial
records of your transactions.

your details and submit your e-mail address. Your WORDS login details will
